Physical Therapist in Mobile Outpatient Setting | Oakland County, MI
$60/hour + mileage
We’re a growing mobile outpatient therapy practice serving adults and geriatrics in their homes across Oakland County. We’re looking for a motivated PT who values 1:1 patient care, schedule flexibility, and autonomy - without the burnout of a high-volume clinic.

Compensation & Schedule
- $60/hour (negotiable)
- Mileage reimbursement
- PRN for Evaluations
- Schedule patients however works for YOU!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide skilled, outpatient PT evaluations in patients’ homes
- Deliver high-quality, individualized care
- Document visits (streamlined system, we keep it simple)
- Communicate with team
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed PT in Michigan
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Comfortable working independently (with support available anytime)
