Physical Therapist – PRN

Role Overview:

This position involves providing skilled physical therapy services in an acute care setting, including evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education. The role requires developing personalized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and facilitate return to daily activities. Collaboration with healthcare providers, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and ensuring accurate documentation are essential duties.

• Establishes and implements treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional status.
• Educates patients, families, and healthcare teams; makes referral recommendations as needed.
• Delegates interventions based on skill levels and competencies.
• Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s Degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist.
• No prior experience required, with supervision experience not necessary.
