Physical Therapist – Part-time

Role Overview: This position involves evaluating and treating patients primarily in rehab and LTAC hospital settings, focusing on delivering optimal care aligned with patient needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and discharge evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document appropriately.
• Implement treatment strategies to meet functional goals efficiently.
• Identify educational needs and provide therapy education as required.
• Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as a clinical instructor or mentor for interns when needed.
• Contribute to hospital and discipline-specific skills assessments.
• Manage equipment orders, communicate with vendors, and liaise with outside physicians and professionals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in rehab, SNF, LTACH, or acute settings preferred.
• Valid BLS certification, GA PT license or eligibility.
• Basic computer literacy is essential.
