Physical Therapist – Part-Time

Role Overview: A part-time Physical Therapist provides rehabilitative services to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformity. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and documenting care in compliance with regulatory standards.

The role involves collaborating with physicians, revising care plans based on patient progress, and ensuring discharge plans meet patient goals.

Key Duties

Implement treatment strategies, select appropriate activities, provide patient education, establish and evaluate care plans, and document sessions accurately. Ensure ethical practices, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to departmental policies. Foster a positive environment through effective communication and teamwork, applying customer service principles like AIDET.

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires a Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors in Physical Therapy, valid PT license, and Basic Life Support certification.
• Must possess effective communication, customer service orientation, team collaboration, and basic computer skills.
• Participation in professional development and compliance with organizational policies are essential.
