Physical Therapist – Part-Time

Role: Part-time Physical Therapist at an outpatient rehab center, responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering rehabilitative care to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families.
• Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals.
• Conduct patient assessments and establish individualized treatment programs.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans adhering to departmental guidelines.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Promote excellent customer service using AIDET principles and foster teamwork.
• Participate in professional development, mandatory training, and staff meetings.
• Organize workload efficiently, ensure safe use of materials and equipment, and observe infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors in Physical Therapy.
• Licensing as a Physical Therapist and Basic Life Support certification.
• Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork skills, and basic computer proficiency.
