Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab – Neuro

This role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to enhance patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities caused by illness or injury.

Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians to develop and evaluate treatment plans, implementing therapy activities, educating patients and families, and coordinating discharge strategies.

Documentation of evaluations, care plans, and treatment sessions must adhere to departmental standards.

Key duties also encompass maintaining ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality, effective communication, and participating in meetings and professional development activities.

Delivering excellent customer service by applying AIDET principles and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment is essential.

Qualifications include a graduate degree in physical therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate), a valid physical therapist license, and BLS certification.

Skills required are effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer literacy.

Additional requirements include compliance with policies, participation in training, and performing other duties as assigned.
