Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Role Overview:

This full-time Physical Therapist position involves providing skilled outpatient services with a focus on orthopedic cases such as spine, pain management, and post-operative recovery. The role primarily supports orthopedic, physiatry, and pain management physicians, emphasizing manual therapy techniques where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making appropriate referrals.
• Delegates tasks to assistants, technicians, and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels for interventions.
• Completes documentation adhering to departmental policies.
• Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations related to physical therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy with a valid license.
• Experience is not mandatory; however, a background in manual therapy is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and ability to collaborate effectively.
