Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Role Overview

This full-time Physical Therapist provides skilled outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic patients in a community-based setting. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, conducting evaluations, educating patients and healthcare teams, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and documenting care according to departmental policies.

The role involves collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other providers to promote patient mobility and functional recovery.

• Establish and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment.
• Educate, consult, and coordinate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Delegate interventions to qualified staff based on skill levels.
• Complete accurate documentation of services rendered.
• Provide assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s preferred.
• Valid Physical Therapist license required.
• No prior experience necessary; supervision experience not required.
