Physical Therapist

Role Overview:

Plans and executes individualized treatment programs for patients across all age groups, adhering to established physical therapy practices. Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory, especially for certifications obtained after 2015.

Certifications and Licenses:

• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, to be obtained within ninety days of hire.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement therapy plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with licensing and certification standards.
