Physical Therapist

Job Summary

Responsible for planning and implementing tailored physical therapy treatment programs for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, following established practices and principles. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

Education:

• Required:
• + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

+ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT); after 2015, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy is mandatory

Certification/Licensure:

• Required:
• + Licensed Physical Therapist

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; must be obtained within ninety (90) days of start
