Physical Therapist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a supportive rehab unit within a hybrid acute/inpatient setting. You will collaborate with a renowned medical team, evaluating and designing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, discharge goals, and equipment considerations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and implementing treatment plans, considering discharge and functional outcomes
• Educating and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, including making referrals as needed
• Delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on skill levels
• Completing documentation in line with departmental policies
• Conducting assessments, reassessments, and consultations for Physical Therapy services

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a valid Physical Therapist License. Prior experience and advanced degrees are preferred but not required.

Skills needed: patient-centered approach, teamwork, communication, documentation, and clinical assessment.
