Physical Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment programs across all age groups, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, creating and adjusting treatment plans, documenting progress, and facilitating discharge planning.

The role emphasizes continuous professional development, effective communication, cultural competence, and participation in evidence-based practices. Mentoring staff and supervising student clinicians are integral parts of the position, along with fostering team relationships and promoting a positive work environment.

The candidate must have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), a valid license, and BLS certification (obtained within 90 days). Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability are essential to succeed in this role.
