Qualifications
- Education
+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required)
+ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) (Required; after 2015)
- Experience: Not applicable
- Certification/Licensure
+ Licensed Physical Therapist (Required)
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required; must be obtained within ninety days of start)
