Role Overview:

The Home Health Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment. They are accountable for program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and enhancing productivity in a flexible team setting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Required Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) after 2015

• Valid Texas Driver’s License

• Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Reliable transportation

Certifications & Licensure:

– Licensed Physical Therapist (Required)
