Occupational Therapist – Float

**Role Overview:** The Occupational Therapist plans and implements treatment programs for patients across all ages, following established practices.

They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and may work in various settings, including acute/inpatient, outpatient orthopedics, and neurologic rehabilitation.

They are responsible for providing coverage across different locations as needed.

**Qualifications:**

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Doctorate (OTD) or Master’s (MOT) in Occupational Therapy; relevant education accepted for candidates prior to 2007

**Experience \& Certifications:**

• Preferred: One year of clinical experience
• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of start
• Licensed Occupational Therapist from the appropriate licensing board

**Key Skills \& Duties:** Provide patient\-centered therapy, collaborate with teams, adapt to various clinical settings, and maintain required certifications and licensure to deliver quality care.
