Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Rehab (PRN Days) → Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Rehab (PRN)

We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or Occupational Therapist to support multiple rehabilitation locations across Northwest Metro Atlanta in a flexible PRN role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized rehabilitative programs to restore or improve patient function in activities of daily living, mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Developing and revising treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians.
• Providing patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
• Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and care plans according to departmental guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining ethical, confidential practices.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Occupational Therapist license and BLS certification required upon hire.
• Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork skills, and basic computer proficiency.
