Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab

We are seeking a licensed

Physical Therapist

responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities.

Key duties include:

• Collaborating with physicians to develop, evaluate, and update treatment plans and discharge goals based on patient needs.
• Implementing and adjusting therapy treatments, selecting appropriate activities, and providing patient and family education.
• Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions in accordance with departmental guidelines.
• Serving as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment.
• Ensuring adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Providing excellent customer service, fostering a positive environment, and applying AIDET principles.
• Engaging in professional development, completing required competencies, and participating in staff training.

Qualifications include a

graduate degree in physical therapy (Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's)

from an accredited program, along with

valid licensure and Basic Life Support certification
