Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Role & Responsibilities: Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a

1:1 setting . Develop individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals. Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making appropriate referrals.

Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on skill levels. Complete documentation per departmental policies and conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; current Physical Therapist License; preferred Master's Degree.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
