Role Overview:
Seeking a Licensed or Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide
direct patient care in home settings
, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and instruction based on physician orders. The role involves
re-evaluating patients, adjusting treatment programs, and instructing patients and families
on therapy procedures and device use. Collaboration with physicians and other practitioners is essential to ensure integrated care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instructs patients and families on treatment procedures
- Reassesses and adapts therapy plans for maximum benefit
- Assists patients with occupational activities and device use
- Coordinates with healthcare professionals to optimize care
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Driver's License and OT Licensure
- No prior experience required
