Job Summary

This is a home health case that will be worked 8am-12pm Saturday and Sunday. Client does have a G-Tube, so must be knowledgeable about the following.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll assess one patient at their home, administer treatments, and document clinical findings across the care setting. You’ll use sound nursing judgment, clear communication, and appropriate infection-control practices to support safe, respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition, obtain vital signs, perform physical examinations, and identify changes requiring escalation or diagnostic evaluation.
• Administer medications, injections, and intravenous (IV) infusions; provide catheter, tube-feeding, ostomy, and pain-management care within your scope.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in electronic medical record (EMR) or electronic health record (EHR) systems while protecting privacy under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Follow aseptic technique and infection-control procedures; respond to emergencies and support airway management and basic life support as trained.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license required;
• basic life support/cpr certification card
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• Current TB test
• Resume

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
