Job description

About this role

Litehouse Associates, a division of Camsan, Inc., is seeking a senior technical resource to lead system design, integration, programming, commissioning, and support across networking, AV, automation, surveillance, access control, and related technologies. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with clients and field teams from initial discovery through system handoff and ongoing support.

Why This Opportunity

This role offers meaningful technical ownership and the opportunity to shape how Litehouse designs, delivers, documents, and supports its systems. You will work directly with the General Manager, solve problems across multiple technologies, and help technicians become stronger, more independent technical resources.

What You Will

Own

  • Develop system designs, bills of material, equipment selections, and technical documentation for assigned projects, with appropriate review and specialist support when needed.
  • Independently configure, commission, troubleshoot, and support UniFi Network, Access, and Protect.
  • Program and integrate Control4 systems using Composer Pro and take ownership of existing client installations.
  • Lead hands-on integration, testing, commissioning, and technical problem solving across networking, AV, control, surveillance, and access systems.
  • Follow technical issues through resolution, communicate risks early, and coordinate with clients, technicians, vendors, subcontractors, and other trades.
  • Maintain usable as-built documentation, configuration backups, programming files, and service records; mentor technicians and share solutions so others can support the systems you deliver.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in systems integration, AV, automation, networking, low-voltage systems, or a related technical environment; equivalent demonstrated experience will be considered.
  • Required: thorough, hands-on expertise with UniFi Network, Access, and Protect, including independent configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Required: strong Control4 experience with demonstrated Composer Pro programming, integration, and troubleshooting, including ownership of existing installations.
  • Experience independently designing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting integrated systems, with strong networking fundamentals and clear technical documentation.
  • Sound technical judgment, methodical problem solving, clear client communication, and experience guiding technicians or subcontractors in the field.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Connecticut / New York Metro area and periodically to Florida and other domestic project locations.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
