Senior Product Manager - Trauma

What You Will Do

This role is responsible for developing and executing platform and product category strategies to meet financial goals by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and operational efficiencies.

It includes creating market development programs involving training and promotional activities for various stakeholders, managing relationships with key opinion leaders to support product launches and clinical initiatives, and overseeing commercialization projects focused on growth and cost optimization.

The position also nurtures strategic partnerships with Alliance/OEM partners, mentors team members, and coordinates global marketing plans and product launches. Collaboration with R&D ensures product relevance, while executive-level presentations secure alignment on franchise strategies and objectives.

What You Will Bring

• 7 years experience in Product Management. Experience to include a combined upstream and downstream marketing. The majority of experience should have been gained with manufacturers of medical products.
• 4 years experience in development and market introduction of new products. Must have experience of a formal product design process based on the 'stage gate' concept.

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy.

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
