Lifeline Physical Therapy | West Mifflin, PA | Full-time

Lifeline Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to serve as Facility Director of our West Mifflin outpatient clinic. You’ll lead daily clinic operations and develop a team while still treating patients. Experienced leaders and PTs ready for their first leadership role are both encouraged to apply.

Pay: $80,000 – $95,000 per year, plus leadership incentives

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily clinic operations and uphold the Lifeline Standard of Care
• Treat patients with personalized, evidence-based physical therapy
• Mentor, coach and develop your clinic team
• Build referral relationships with physicians and community partners in West Mifflin
• Create a culture where patients and staff both succeed

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Therapist licensed in Pennsylvania (or eligible)
• Leadership, mentorship or supervisory experience, or the drive to grow into it
• Strong communicator and motivator who works well on a team
• Organized, accountable and a natural problem-solver
• Manual therapy experience a plus
• Vestibular therapy experience a plus
