About the Opportunity

LeRoux Kitchen is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented Website & Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Portland, Maine office. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of ecommerce and marketing. The right candidate will help manage our Shopify website, support digital marketing efforts, and assist with online order fulfillment and customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who is excited to contribute ideas, take initiative, and play a meaningful role in helping a beloved retail brand grow.

What You’ll Do

· Manage and regularly update our Shopify website, including product listings, content, promotions, and inventory information.

· Support online order processing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer inquiries as needed.

· Create engaging digital content, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.

· Help develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and support sales growth.

· Collaborate with leadership, buyers, and store teams on marketing and store initiatives.

· Occasionally travel to store locations or trade events as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, and eager to contribute to a growing business. The ideal candidate will have:

· Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.

· Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

· Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.

· Experience with social media, email marketing, and digital content creation.

· Familiarity with SEO, website analytics, and online merchandising.

· Customer service experience and a collaborative, professional approach to work.

· Ability to process and package online orders to include occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

· Interest in cooking, kitchenware, or specialty retail.
