Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (5 days per week)

What You'll Do

As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of Lemus Remodeling Group in local neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners, introducing our services, and helping generate opportunities for our sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect with Homeowners: Engage residents through friendly, professional door-to-door conversations and community outreach.
• Generate Qualified Leads: Identify homeowners interested in our services and help schedule complimentary home improvement consultations.
• Represent Our Brand: Build trust, increase brand awareness, and create positive first impressions in the communities we serve.
• Support Local Marketing: Distribute door hangers, promotional materials, and assist with neighborhood marketing campaigns.
• Track Your Success: Use our mobile marketing technology to record interactions, manage leads, and monitor daily performance.
• Work Toward Goals: Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
• Keep Learning: Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities.

• At least 18 years old, with reliable transportation.
• Available to work five days per week, including Saturdays.

Previous experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, hospitality, retail, or field marketing is a plus—but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $15.00 per hour.
