Home Health RN - PRN

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated team of home health professionals? We are seeking a PRN or Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide skilled assessment visits and case management throughout Marion County.

Position Details

• Position: PRN or Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
• Caseload: Approximately 10–12 visits per week for part-time
• Service Area: Ocala and Marion County
• Compensation: Per-visit, unit-based pay rather than an hourly rate
• Pay Rate: $50–$55 per unit, based on experience
• Mileage: Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patient visits
• Scheduling: Flexible scheduling, allowing you to organize your weekly visits around your availability

Unit-Based Visit Structure

• Regular RN Visit: 1 unit
• Wound Vac/Labs: 1.25 units
• ROC, Re-Certification, OASIS Discharge: 1.5 units
• Start of Care (SOC): 2 units

This position offers a high level of flexibility while allowing you to provide meaningful, patient-centered care in the home health setting.
