IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of one or more technology projects. Must be located near Pontiac, Michigan Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and functional departments.

Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and provide regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders. Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues affecting project delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, status reports, and tracking records.

Support Agile project delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple project activities.
• Experience using project management tools such as CA Clarity Portfolio Management, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Visio.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management projects.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity initiatives, security infrastructure improvements, or technology risk mitigation.
• Experience working in complex IT environments with multiple stakeholders and project dependencies.
• Experience coordinating technical resources across infrastructure, application, and business teams.
