Position Overview

Leading Edge Auto Body & Mechanical Repair is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources & Accounting Assistant to support daily business functions across HR, finance, and operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Administration: Oversee daily office operations, maintain filing systems, manage office supplies, and support general administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Human Resources: Assist with onboarding, maintain employee documentation, track attendance, coordinate benefits, and process payroll accurately and on time.
• Accounting Support: Generate and track invoices, monitor payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on overdue balances to support financial operations.
• Marketing & Customer Engagement: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to reach customers via phone, email, and social media; promote discounts, specials, and services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, accounting, office management, or operations coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with office software and comfort learning new systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
