Job Description

Launchnova is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate can work across front-end and back-end technologies, build reliable software solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications and user interfaces.
• Build server-side applications, APIs, and database integrations.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot application issues.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical planning.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework.
• Knowledge of back-end programming using Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Git, software testing, and debugging.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of application security and responsive design.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
