Job description

About this role

Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.

Las Vegas Physical Therapy & Sports | LVPTS is a locally owned outpatient physical therapy clinic built around a simple model: quality care, one patient at a time.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who genuinely enjoys treating patients, building relationships, using clinical judgment, and having the time necessary to provide excellent care.

What Makes LVPTS Different?

True one-on-one treatment

Our treatment model is centered around individualized care. Therapists are able to focus on the patient in front of them rather than routinely managing multiple patients at the same time.

Reasonable patient volume

We believe clinicians should be able to provide high-quality care without unrealistic productivity expectations or excessive patient volume.

Clinical autonomy

We want our therapists to evaluate, think critically, progress patients appropriately, and use their clinical judgment to guide treatment.

A modern, growing private practice

You will work in a clean, well-equipped clinic with private treatment areas, modern rehabilitation technology, streamlined documentation systems, and a team that continues to invest in better patient care.

Patient Population

The Physical Therapist will manage a diverse outpatient caseload that may include:

  • Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Sports injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation
  • Neck and low back conditions
  • Radicular and spine-related conditions
  • Motor vehicle accident injuries
  • Workers’ compensation cases
  • Balance and functional rehabilitation
  • Active adults and athletes
  • General orthopedic rehabilitation

Our clinic also incorporates advanced rehabilitation technology when clinically appropriate, including shockwave therapy, therapeutic laser, lumbar and cervical traction, and other treatment modalities.

Compensation & Schedule

We offer competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, and schedule.

  • $48.00–$55.00 per hour
  • 24, 32, or 40 hours per week available
  • Consistent and predictable weekly schedule
  • Weekly direct-deposit payroll
  • Opportunities for additional hours based on clinic needs and therapist preference

We offer multiple schedule options to accommodate clinicians looking for part-time, reduced full-time, or traditional full-time employment.

Benefits

Our compensation and benefits package is designed to support both professional growth and long-term career satisfaction.

Benefits may include:

  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Sick Time
  • Paid Holidays
  • Health Insurance Contribution
  • Continuing Education Support
  • Professional Development Support
  • CEU and Professional Expense Allowance
  • Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities
  • Referral Incentives
  • Community Outreach Incentives
  • Professional Networking Opportunities

We strongly encourage continued clinical and professional development and want our clinicians to have opportunities to expand their skills throughout their career.

Work Environment

Las Vegas Physical Therapy & Sports is a locally owned and operated private practice.

Our clinic provides:

  • Private treatment areas
  • Modern rehabilitation equipment
  • Advanced treatment technology
  • Administrative and front-office support
  • Streamlined documentation systems
  • Collaborative support from PTs, PTAs, and clinical staff
  • A professional and welcoming work environment
  • A clinic culture focused on quality of care rather than excessive patient volume

As a privately owned practice, we are able to communicate directly with our team, remain flexible, and continually improve our systems based on the needs of our clinicians and patients.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent Physical Therapy degree
  • Current Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Nevada licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
  • Professional, dependable, and motivated approach to patient care

Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

We value clinical judgment, professionalism, communication skills, dependability, and a willingness to continue learning in addition to years of experience.

Why Join LVPTS?

We understand that Physical Therapists have many employment options.

Our goal is to provide an environment where clinicians can build a long-term career while maintaining the quality of care they provide and a healthy balance outside of work.

At LVPTS, you can expect:

  • One-on-one patient care
  • Reasonable patient volume
  • Clinical autonomy
  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible 24-, 32-, or 40-hour schedules
  • Paid time off and sick time
  • Paid holidays
