Lafusion Massage & Spa is looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our established, full-service spa in Tulsa.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and enjoys leading a team. You don't need previous spa experience if you have strong management skills and the ability to learn our systems. Spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or other service-business management experience is a plus.

This is an active, hands-on role. You'll help keep the spa running smoothly, support the team, ensure clients receive excellent service, and take ownership of day-to-day decisions so the owner can step back from daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily spa operations, including opening and closing procedures and facility readiness.
• Coordinate staff schedules, provider coverage, and appointment flow.
• Handle front desk responsibilities as needed, including client check-in, phone calls, scheduling, payments, and gift cards.
• Use Vagaro for appointments, point-of-sale transactions, and daily business operations.
• Resolve routine client concerns and operational problems professionally.
• Recruit, onboard, and support team members as needed.
• Monitor bookings, cancellations, sales, and daily performance.
• Maintain service standards, organization, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment.
• Keep track of tasks and follow-ups, and communicate important issues and results to the owner.
• Make sound decisions independently instead of relying on the owner to solve every routine problem.

What We're Looking For

• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Professional, friendly communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfort using computers, scheduling systems, and point-of-sale software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy service environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and move throughout a 4,000-square-foot facility as needed.
• Dependability and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.

Spa experience is preferred, but not required. We can teach our services and procedures. We're looking for someone who already knows how to take responsibility, lead people, and keep a business running.

Compensation and Benefits

• $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience.
