Position Summary
LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Lehmann School 12-Month Program team in Ocean Township, NJ. This immediate full-time position provides physical therapy services to students ages 3–21 with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in a dynamic transdisciplinary school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities
- Implement and support student IEP goals and therapeutic objectives
- Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with transdisciplinary team members, families, and school staff
- Participate in team meetings and treatment planning
- Maintain compliance with all applicable professional, state, and agency standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist License required
- New Jersey School Certification required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a transdisciplinary environment
- Must pass required background clearances and screenings
