Litigation Attorney (New Admittee) – Plaintiff Personal Injury

About Us

LA Century Law is a plaintiff-side personal injury firm headquartered in Century City. We represent injured clients against insurers and corporate defendants, and we’re looking for a recently admitted attorney ready to build a litigation career from day one.

The Role

You’ll work directly with our litigation team on active PI cases, gaining hands-on experience across the full life of a lawsuit.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, discovery, motions, and oppositions
• Prepare and respond to written discovery; meet and confer with opposing counsel
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Conduct legal research under the California Code of Civil Procedure and Evidence Code
• Communicate with clients on case status and strategy
• Manage deadlines and calendars in coordination with case managers and paralegals

Qualifications

• J.D. and recent passage of the California Bar Exam (active license or pending admission)
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Litigation clerkship or law clerk experience at a law firm preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
