Part-Time Vape Brand In-Store Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Part-Time Vape Brand Promoter & In-Store Sales Representative to support our brand promotion activities at retail locations.

In this role, you will represent our brand in retail stores, actively engage with adult customers, promote featured products, support in-store promotional campaigns, and collect valuable customer feedback. You will play an important role in increasing brand awareness, driving product sales, and strengthening relationships with retail partners.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in retail marketing, brand promotion, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive In-Store Promotions: Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns at retail locations to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
• Promote Featured Products: Engage with adult customers, introduce promoted products, highlight key features and selling points, and encourage purchase decisions.
• Support Sales Growth: Help drive sales of featured products through effective product presentations, promotional messaging, and customer engagement.
• Engage with Customers: Build positive customer interactions, answer product-related questions, and provide clear and accurate product information.
• Collect Customer Feedback: Gather customer opinions, preferences, product experiences, and suggestions to help improve marketing strategies and product development.
• Monitor Promotional Performance: Track customer engagement, promotional results, and sales performance during in-store events.
• Maintain Brand Presence: Ensure promotional displays, marketing materials, and featured products are presented professionally and consistently.
• Support Marketing Events: Assist with in-store promotional events, brand activations, and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers in retail environments.
• Previous experience in retail sales, brand promotion, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to effectively introduce products and communicate key selling points.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to encourage customer interest and purchase decisions.
• Excellent observation and feedback collection skills.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work flexible hours at different retail locations.
• Must meet all applicable legal age requirements for working with tobacco and vaping products.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
