VP of Business Operations

Job Summary

The Vice President of Business Operations leads business operations and turns strategic priorities into coordinated, measurable execution. You’ll partner with executive leadership and senior leaders to strengthen operational performance, guide business development management, and align budgets, forecasts, and programs with organizational goals.

This role calls for sound judgment, clear communication with executives, and the ability to lead teams through complex change.

Duties

• Set strategic plans and oversee operations management, business management, and cross-functional program and project management.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives and process improvement through operational analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Direct financial management, budgeting, forecasting, executive-level budget management, and profit and loss analysis.
• Manage business development efforts and assess opportunities against strategic and operational priorities.
• Lead large-scale organizational change management; Your impact: Clear plans and steady leadership help teams adapt while keeping business operations focused on organizational goals.

Pay: $179,000.00 - $214,000.00 per year
