Role Description
The Product Manager at Kyma is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding products from concept through launch and iteration. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing customer and stakeholder requirements, maintaining and refining the product roadmap, and collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features.
The role involves defining clear product goals and success metrics, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment between product strategy and company objectives. The Product Manager will regularly analyze product performance, conduct market and competitor research, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
This role also includes facilitating cross-functional communication, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring that releases meet quality standards and user needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in product management, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams in a remote environment.
- Comfort with data analysis, metrics tracking, and using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions.
- Proficiency with common product and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, product analytics platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Engineering, Design, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in tech or software product environments; familiarity with agile methodologies is highly beneficial.
