As a . NET Developer, you will be a key member of our Road Logistics development team, designing and developing applications that support business operations. You will work across APIs, web applications, desktop applications, and databases while participating in the full software development lifecycle, including design, programming, testing, implementation, and post-release support.
This role is well suited for a collaborative and solutions-oriented developer who values application quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
How you create impact
- Develop scalable applications using current .NET technologies within an Agile development environment.
- Translate business and functional requirements into complete multi-tier solutions that include user interfaces, business logic, and database components.
- Design, develop, test, and implement APIs, web applications, desktop applications, and supporting database structures.
- Build and maintain front-end, back-end, middle-tier business logic, and data-access components.
- Implement solutions on the Microsoft .NET platform within established application development frameworks.
- Participate in software design discussions to ensure applications meet business and technical requirements.
- Support newly released functionality and assist with resolving application issues following implementation.
- Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and other Agile development activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and recommend improvements to development practices, systems, and department processes.

What we would like you to bring
- 3+ years of professional experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, web services, Web APIs, or Razor Pages.
- Advanced proficiency in C# and object-oriented design and development principles.
- Experience with SQL Server development, including database structures, queries, and stored procedures.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum product development methodologies.
- Experience developing n-tier or distributed applications using web services.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field preferred; experience with VB, DevExpress, LINQ, or ERP integrations is an advantage.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
