Software Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications while collaborating with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.

This opportunity is suitable for recent graduates and early-career professionals with strong programming fundamentals, analytical thinking, and an interest in building modern software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Support software deployment and CI/CD processes.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Follow Agile development practices and software engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of software development experience. Internships, co-op experience, and academic projects are welcome.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language:
• Java
• Python
• C++
• C#
• JavaScript
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with Git or GitHub.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, or .NET.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: $98,900.00 - $120,000.00 per year
