JO-202543: Visual Content Designer

This is a remote position. General Description TheVisual Content Designeris responsible forcreating visually compelling and brand-consistent materials that communicate messages effectively across digital and print platforms. This role involves designing a wide range of assets — including social media graphics, marketing materials, website visuals, and multimedia content — to enhance brand identity and engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Develop infographics, presentations, and motion graphics to communicate complex ideas visually.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaignobjectives.
• Create andmaintainbrand templates, style guides, and asset libraries.
• Edit photos, videos, and other media for marketing and communication purposes.
• Optimizedesigns for different platforms and formats (desktop, mobile, print, etc.)
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visual content fresh and modern.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines andmaintainingquality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, ora relatedfield.
• Proven experience as a Visual Content Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or similar design tools.
• Experience with video editing and motion design is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout,colourtheory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
