Title: UI/UX Developer (Onsite)

Role Summary
A UX leader who combines strong user-centered design expertise with deep Power BI dashboard design experience and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for analytics, reporting, and commercial intelligence applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, commercial operations, data analysts, and technical teams.
- Design UX for Power BI dashboards, reporting portals, data visualization platforms, and self-service analytics.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and persona development.
- Define UX strategy, design standards, interaction patterns, and accessibility guidelines.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs.
- Champion data storytelling and visualization best practices.
- Partner with Power BI developers, data engineers, and BI teams for implementation.
- Facilitate design-thinking workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish UX governance and consistency across applications and dashboards.
- Mentor junior UX designers.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards, data privacy, and enterprise design guidelines.
- Measure and improve adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of overall UX/UI experience.
- Good experience with Power BI.
- Proven experience in the Pharma Commercial domain.
- Strong experience designing enterprise applications, analytics platforms, and BI solutions.
- Hands-on experience designing Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations.
- Deep understanding of UX methodologies.
- Strong data visualization and dashboard-design expertise.
- Proficiency with UX/prototyping tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum product teams.
- Ability to translate complex business/data requirements into intuitive experiences.
- Experience working closely with BI developers, data engineers, and analytics teams.
