The Product Management Intern will support product and engineering initiatives by tracking projects, analyzing data, assisting with roadmap planning, maintaining documentation, facilitating cross-functional communication, and presenting recommendations.

Responsibilities

Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to support the execution of strategic product and engineering initiatives Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to help ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives Analyze customer, market, and product performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making Support product roadmap planning by gathering requirements, documenting priorities, and assisting with project planning activities Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, and presentations for cross-functional teams and leadership Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and commercial teams to drive alignment and successful project outcomes Participate in product development and continuous improvement initiatives, helping identify opportunities to create greater value for customers and the business Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to team members and business stakeholders throughout the internship

Qualifications: Enrolled in a STEM degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)

Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029 Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship Demonstrated academic achievement and interest in engineering, manufacturing, technology, or related fields Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree program Enrolled in a Master's or Doctoral program in an applicable field Previous internship, co-op, lab, project, research, or leadership experience Experience with CAD software, data analytics tools, statistical analysis, automation tools, or programming languages such as Python, SQL, or MATLAB Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or operational excellence principles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities Interest in electronics, connector technology, manufacturing processes, product development, or data-driven decision making
