Korean Speaking Sales Associate

Overview

As a Korean Speaking Sales Associate, you’ll build business relationships and guide clients through technology and software solutions that meet their needs. You’ll use Korean and English to communicate with clients, develop opportunities, manage accounts, and move sales forward in a business-to-business (B2B) and corporate sales environment.

This role suits someone who combines clear communication with a practical, customer-focused approach.

Duties

• Identify and develop sales opportunities through warm calling, marketing activities, and business development.
• Understand client needs, present relevant technology and software solutions, and support technical sales discussions.
• Manage customer accounts, maintain client relationships, and provide timely, professional communication in Korean and English.
• Use Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) and sales management systems to track activity, analyze opportunities, and maintain accurate account information.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and work toward meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Skills

• Strong Korean and English communication skills, including clear client communication and relationship management.
• Sales experience, ideally in B2B, enterprise, corporate, technology, or software sales; technical sales experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, sales negotiation, deal closing, and closing sales.
• Account management, customer account management, and CRM system proficiency; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Analysis skills, business development, marketing, and leadership capabilities; sales management systems proficiency is an asset.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
