Assistant Manager/Sales Associate

Position Overview

Knockout Fitness is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure our trainers follow company systems and standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment and is passionate about sales, leadership, and accountability.

Sales &

Lead Management

• Contact and follow up with new leads via phone, text, and email
• Book appointments and conduct membership consultations
• Close sales and hit monthly membership targets
• Track leads and sales performance daily
• Execute promotions and special offers

Team Leadership & Accountability

• Ensure trainers follow company systems and protocols
• Monitor punctuality and enforce attendance standards
• Support team development and maintain high energy on the floor
• Address performance issues professionally and promptly

Operations & Cash Handling

• Handle cash sales and product transactions accurately
• Manage retail inventory and product displays
• Ensure daily financial procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and overall gym presentation

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional member service
• Resolve member concerns quickly and professionally
• Build relationships to increase retention and referrals

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience (fitness industry preferred)
• door to door sales
• Strong closing skills and confidence on the phone
• Leadership experience or supervisory background
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Comfortable handling cash and retail transactions
• Passion for fitness and motivating others

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
