Agentic AI Engineer – Healthcare Claims | In-Person Interview

Position Details: Role: Agentic AI Engineer / AI Developer – AI & Business Intelligence Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – must be local to the Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia area and available to work from the office every Wednesday) Interview Process: Two rounds – one virtual interview and one in-person interview Key Responsibilities: Build, develop, and deploy AI agents using LLMs, NLP, LangChain, LangGraph, and other AI/ML frameworks.

Develop AI solutions and data pipelines using Python, Pandas, and NumPy. Build and deploy AI/ML pipelines on AWS SageMaker and integrate with Aurora PostgreSQL. Develop interactive dashboards, executive reports, and KPI visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.

Integrate data from multiple sources using APIs, SQL, and enterprise applications. Measure AI solution performance, operational efficiency, adoption, and business impact. Support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.

Collaborate with technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI and analytics solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production-level AI/ML systems and AI agents.
• Expertise in Python, Pandas, NumPy, LLMs, ML/DL, and NLP.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Strong Power BI or Tableau dashboard development and business intelligence reporting experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, APIs, data integration, and KPI development.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Healthcare claims domain experience is highly desirable.

Important

We are specifically looking for a hybrid AI Engineer + BI Developer , not a BI Developer with only basic AI exposure. Strong Python/AWS SageMaker AI engineering skills and Power BI/Tableau reporting expertise are essential.
