Account Executive

Job Summary

Kizer Schwartz & Associates is seeking motivated, dependable Account Executives to join our team. You’ll introduce the company and its services to prospective business clients, build professional relationships, and help address client needs through clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving.

Duties

• Reach out to prospective businesses and initiate conversations.
• Introduce company services to potential business clients.
• Communicate with clients by phone and through other channels.
• Provide client service and help resolve customer concerns.
• Support client development through professional relationship-building.
• Your impact: Responsive communication helps clients get clear answers and a positive service experience.

Qualifications

• Professional, confident communication and phone skills.
• Client communication, client services, or customer service experience.
• Call center experience is relevant, but not necessary, to this role.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with business prospects.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented approach.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
