You will:

  • Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
  • Identify impairments, movement limitations, and functional goals
  • Develop individualized plans of care
  • Use evidence-informed orthopedic treatment strategies
  • Apply manual therapy when clinically appropriate
  • Use therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education
  • Progress patients through mobility, strength, and performance-based rehabilitation
  • Track objective progress and functional outcomes
  • Adjust treatment based on patient response
  • Educate patients about their condition and recovery
  • Help patients return to work, sport, fitness, and everyday activity

Treat a Diverse Orthopedic and Sports Caseload

You will work with a broad outpatient population that gives you the opportunity to strengthen your evaluation, treatment planning, and clinical reasoning skills.

Your caseload may include:

  • Post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Total joint replacement rehabilitation
  • Sports injuries
  • Spine conditions
  • Shoulder conditions

  • Complex musculoskeletal presentations

Your goal will be to help patients move beyond short-term symptom relief and build the strength, mobility, confidence, and function needed for long-term progress.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Educate patients about their condition, treatment plan, and recovery
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships
  • Collaborate with other Physical Therapists
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
