**Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health \| Flexible Schedule**
**San Diego County (North County \- Mira Mesa, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Vista, Escondido, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Oceanside)**
Kinetic Rehab Services is a **therapist\-owned** home health company. We’re growing and looking for solid PTs who want flexibility, good support, and the ability to actually focus on patient care.
If you’re tired of being overbooked or micromanaged and just want to treat patients, this is a good setup.
**What the job looks like**
- 1:1 patient care in the home
- Mostly **evals, reassessments, and discharges** (PTAs handle a lot of follow\-ups)
- You build and guide the plan of care
- Treat a mix of ortho \+ geriatric \+ neuro patients
- Straightforward documentation (we keep it simple)
- You’ll have a team you can reach if you need anything
**What we’re looking for**
- Licensed PT in California
- Good communicator, solid clinical judgment
- Comfortable working independently
- Home health experience is great, but not required
- Reliable transportation
