Position Summary

Kelly Tractor is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales management team. This position is responsible for analyzing sales performance, monitoring market trends, maintaining reporting systems, and providing research and recommendations to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales performance, market share, and operational reports.
• Analyze sales trends, territory performance, and market opportunities.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and support reporting and system improvements.
• Analyze inventory trends and market demand to provide equipment recommendations.
• Support territory planning, account analysis, and sales strategy initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical summaries for executive leadership.
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and advanced formulas.

Experience with CRM systems and data reporting preferred.

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate findings effectively.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
