- End-to-End Delivery:
Lead the delivery of enterprise applications supporting clean energy programs, customer operations, internal business processes, and client-facing technology needs.
- Requirement Translation:
Partner with operations, data, and client teams to translate business requirements into practical, reliable, and user-centered technical solutions.
- Modern Practices:
Ensure development work follows Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, documentation, testing, and release management practices.
- Project Accountability:
Deliver solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with quality, accessibility, security, and business value expectations.
- Integration Management:
Design and maintain integrations across Salesforce, data platforms, reporting tools, vendor systems, and enterprise applications.
- Web Management:
Manage customer-facing and internal web applications with attention to security, usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
- Review Participation:
Participate in solution design reviews, change advisory processes, and governance forums to promote consistency, scalability, and operational readiness.
- System Reuse:
Promote reuse through APIs, shared services, configurable patterns, and standardized delivery practices.
- Technical Debt:
Proactively manage technical debt, integration complexity, platform limits, performance risks, and maintainability concerns.
- Secure SDLC:
Enforce secure software development lifecycle practices, including access control, code review, environment management, vulnerability awareness, and release approvals.
- Audit Readiness:
Ensure development activities support compliance obligations, internal controls, client requirements, and audit readiness under ISO 27001, SOC 2, and related security frameworks.
- Incident Management:
Oversee application support activities, including incident response, root-cause analysis, problem management, release coordination, and change management.
- Status Reporting:
Provide clear delivery, risk, dependency, and decision updates to IT leadership, business stakeholders, and project sponsors.
Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
7+ years
of progressive software development, application delivery, or platform leadership experience.
- Technical Leadership:
Experience leading technical teams, managing priorities, and coordinating work across business and technology stakeholders.
- Platform Expertise:
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce CRM platforms
and enterprise application delivery.
- Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of web development, integrations, APIs, data flows, cloud platforms, and secure development practices.
