Kinetic Care Group is a growing outpatient physical therapy group with clinics across the Denver metro. We're looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to lead one of them.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a PT who wants to continue treating patients while taking ownership of the clinic's people, operations, scheduling, and overall performance.

What You'll Do

• Provide patient care as a licensed Physical Therapist while leading day-to-day clinic operations
• Build and adjust staffing schedules based on patient demand, case mix, clinician skill set and acuity
• Monitor and adjust patient schedules daily and weekly to keep the clinic covered
• Interview, hire, onboard, coach and evaluate clinical team members
• Make merit and promotion recommendations for clinical personnel
• Participate in clinical orientation, training, reviews and audits
• Provide clinical guidance and productivity support to therapists
• Approve time-off requests based on projected patient demand
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, safety, HR and company policies
• Review operational and financial reports and help develop action plans
• Support specialty-program growth and student clinical affiliations

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid Colorado Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one
• 3–5 years of related management experience
• Able to meet the physical demands of outpatient PT (routine lifting up to 35 lb, guarding patients)

Schedule & Location

Full-time, exempt, in-person position in the Greater Denver area. The specific clinic will be discussed during the interview process.
